In Q3 the total office stock in Warsaw increased by more then 102 000 sqm and reached 2.96 million sqm. Over the first three quarters of 2008 as much as 244 400 sqm were delivered to the market, which represents a 33% growth in comparison to the corresponding period of 2007.

The vast majority of new completions were located in Upper South subzone  (Mokotów District).

Taking into consideration the developers’ plan, throughout 2009 a record-breaking 360 000 sqm of a modern office space is likely to come to the market, majority of which located outside the city centre.

In view of the current crisis on international financial markets as well the forecast economic slowdown in Poland, delivery of some project scheduled for 2010-2011 may be delayed or put on hold.
