OFFICE MARKET IN WARSAW

  Demand for office space in Warsaw real property market continues to be very high. In the first half of this year approx. 244,400 m2 have been let out and 141,400 m2 have been put into use since the beginning of the year. Most of the new buildings are located outside the center, while only 11.300 m2 have been erected within the city center. A record transaction of lease was signed in the Lipowy Office Park, where Bank Pekao S.A. entered into a pre-lease agreement for 39,000 m2.
